Where we mix hybrid fitness and Pilates to help people of all levels get stronger, fitter, and move better. Whether you’re chasing your next HYROX, building confidence in the gym, or just want to feel great in your body — this is where it all happens.

What we do
We’re proud to be the only gym that specialises in our offering of both Hybrid Training and Pilates — two training styles that perfectly balance each other out. Hybrid sessions push your limits with strength, endurance, and conditioning, while Pilates helps you recover, build stability, and stay injury-free. The result? A strong, capable, and well-rounded athlete.

How we train
Specialising in Group Fitness, we have a variety of classes on offer. Our training style is about more than just sweat — it’s about progress. Every session is coach-led, scalable, and designed to challenge you at your level. You’ll lift, run, row, and move with purpose, while our Pilates classes help you reconnect to your movement and build control. Together, they create a system that works for real life — not just race day.
We believe in quality over quantity, so we keep our group classes small to ensure each member gets that personal-training attention.
