What is Functional Fitness?

Exercises and movements that mimic everyday activities or sports-specific motions to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

By focusing on movements that enhance overall functionality and efficiency, this approach aims to improve daily performance and reduce the risk of injuries associated with daily activities or sports.

Functional fitness workouts often incorporate a variety of equipment such as dumbbells. barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and stability balls to simulate natural movements and improve overall physical capability.​​
What to expect in the Group Fitness Classes?

Small classes (8-10 people max) to ensure each member gets attention and guidance on their fitness journey.

In order to provide our members with a holistic overall approach to their fitness programme, we rotate our group classes between Strength and Hybrid Training.

Classes are all carefully programmed into a 12 week programme helping you to progress through various stages of loading.

HYROX classes rotate weekly between FOUNDATIONAL (aerobic fitness + strength), POWER (more strength-based), ENGINE (build your aerobic base) and COMPLETE (more of a race-ready format 90 min class). These classes will help to get you prepped for your HYROX journey.

How do I join a Group Class and is there a monthly fee?

No monthly fee.

Bookings are required for all classes and need to be booked a minimum of 12 hours before class time to ensure your spot in the class. Cancellations can be made 2 hours before class without losing a credit.

Bookings are made and packages purchased via our app (invite code SWEATY PALMS)

Packages are your credits for class and most are valid for one month. Any classes unused within the month will be forfeit.
Do you offer private Personal Training?
Absolutely!
We have a small team of highly skilled trainers that each have their specialities and can get you closer to your goals whether you are looking to tone and build muscle, improve your overall fitness in a safe way with undivided attention or simply to learn the basics.
