Jordy Stoos
aka Coach Jordy
Head Coach / Founder / Senior Instructor
Jordy is a hybrid athlete and highly experienced coach with a lifelong background in movement and performance.
A former South African Rhythmic Gymnast who competed both nationally and internationally, as well as a competitive dancer, she brings an exceptional understanding of body awareness, control, and athletic movement to her coaching.
As a Senior Pilates Instructor with extensive knowledge of biomechanics and movement efficiency, Jordy specialises in helping athletes move better, use their bodies more effectively, and unlock better results in their sport.

Her coaching philosophy centres on performance, longevity, and pain-free movement, and she is also an experienced HYROX coach, delivering intelligent strength, conditioning, and race-specific programming in a supportive, detail-driven, and high-performance environment.

Charnelle Danica

I am a certified Personal Trainer with a love for mindful movement, strength-building and promoting lifelong mobility. My personal experience with fitness as an stress-management tool and mental health catalyst has inspired me to share this transformative approach with others. As a mom of two I understand what it takes to find the time for yourself to work on your own health and fitness journey and I strive to help other moms find their own balance.
I am particularly drawn to group class dynamics that foster a supportive and inclusive community because the collective energy exchange that occurs when we push, sweat and persevere together creates strength beyond PB's and bulging muscles. It unlocks the potential to drive meaningful progress in all areas of our lives .

Hazel Trehearn
Junior Pilates Instructor
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I majored in Physical Education at University. In my 20's and 30's, I was passionate about aerobics and group fitness. This laid the foundation for my love of exercise and mindful movement, which ranged from running, weight training, yoga and HIIT.

In April 2024 I qualified as a Comprehensive BASI Pilates instructor. I love helping people improve their health and overall wellbeing by developing flexibility, strength and body awareness. My goal is to continue expanding my knowledge and expertise in Pilates so I can best support and empower clients on their movement journey.
Leia Poona
Apprentice Pilates Instructor
Leia is a Pilates instructor specialising in both mat and reformer, with a strong focus on intentional, mindful movement. Her teaching encourages clients to build a deeper connection between mind, body, and breath; creating sessions that are both grounding and effective.

With an emphasis on control and quality of movement, her classes are designed to support strength and mobility while fostering a greater sense of embodiment. She is also a qualified barre instructor, bringing elements of precision and flow.

Tennielle Wynne

Student Group Coach / Student Personal Trainer / Apprentice Pilates Instructor
My coaching is grounded in Pilates and shaped by performance sport. Pilates taught me to move with intention, prioritising control, alignment, breath and efficiency. Earning a black belt in MMA developed discipline and resilience, while competing in HYROX taught me how to push limits and perform under fatigue.

I focus on helping people move better first, then building strength and capacity on top of foundation. My sessions are purposeful, detail-driven and designed to support performance, longevity and confidence in the body.
