
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional strength exercises with endurance running, making it the ultimate test of all-around fitness. Each race consists of 8 x 1 km runs, each followed by a challenging workout station such as sled pushes, rowing, or wall balls. Training for HYROX focuses on building strength, speed, endurance, and efficiency under fatigue. Expect a mix of running intervals, functional strength training, conditioning circuits, and skill work to prepare your body and mind for race day. It’s tough, but incredibly rewarding—and designed for athletes of all levels.

Our HYROX Classes
At Sweaty Palms Fitness Club, our HYROX classes are designed to get you race-ready while keeping training fun and structured. We follow the official HYROX Global framework of four class types, each focusing on a different aspect of performance—whether that’s strength, endurance, running, or conditioning—so you can build on the areas you need most. The classes rotate weekly between the 3 formats to keep things fresh and balanced, ensuring you progress across all elements of HYROX.
Every Saturday we run HYROX Complete, which brings everything together for a full race-style session to test your fitness and track your progress.
We keep our classes small (8-10 people max) so that you can get the coaching and guidance you need to get stronger, fitter, faster!
