  • How do I sign up for a group class (Fitness or Pilates)?
    Click on "Join Now" on our home page or follow the app download link at the end of the home page. Download Fit by Wix app (use the invite code "SWEATYPALMS") and select your trial week or purchase a package. Now you're good to go to book any group classes straight from the app!
  • Do you offer Crossfit?
    At our fitness club, we focus on functional fitness rather than CrossFit. While CrossFit emphasizes high-intensity, varied workouts often incorporating competitive gymnastic elements, our approach centers on improving daily movement patterns and overall functionality through carefully designed exercises. We prioritize a personalized, holistic approach to enhance your strength, mobility, and endurance in ways that translate seamlessly into your everyday activities. This ensures a balanced, sustainable fitness journey tailored to your unique needs.
  • How much are the classes?
    You can find all our pricing under "Pricing Packages". We have many packages to suit your time and wallet. Prices for private classes for fitness training or Pilates can be found under "Private Training Packages".
  • What is Functional Fitness?
    Functional fitness refers to exercises and movements that mimic everyday activities or sports-specific motions to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Functional fitness exercises engage multiple muscles simultaneously, preparing the body for real-life tasks and challenges. By focusing on movements that enhance overall functionality and efficiency, this approach aims to improve daily performance and reduce the risk of injuries associated with daily activities or sports. Functional fitness workouts often incorporate a variety of equipment such as dumbbells. barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and stability balls to simulate natural movements and improve overall physical capability.​​
  • How do I book a Private session (Pilates or Personal Training)?
    Please send us an email so we can chat and see which trainer would best suit your goals!
  • How many members are in the group classes?
    We pride ourselves on moving with safety and form corrections, so we keep our classes to an 8-10 people maximum per class to ensure our coaches are able to support each member and guide them safely through the classes.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
