Service Description
Join us for Pilates in the Park as part of the Century City Sports Festival — a dynamic, feel-good Pilates session designed to build strength, improve mobility, and get you moving with purpose. This will be an energising, strength-focused class using controlled Pilates movements to challenge your core, glutes, legs, and upper body — all while keeping things fun, accessible, and effective. Expect strong sequences, smart progressions, and a great atmosphere rather than slow stretching or meditation. Set outdoors in a beautiful park environment, this session is about moving well, feeling strong, and enjoying training together as part of the festival vibe. Please bring your own mat and arrive ready to work, laugh, and leave feeling stronger than when you arrived. Suitable for all levels — whether you’re new to Pilates or already training regularly, you’ll get a great workout and a great experience. Strong bodies. Fresh air. Good energy. See you in the park.

Cancellation Policy
Please note bookings need to be cancelled 2 hours in advanced or else you will forfeit your booking slot. You may book a slot up to 12 hours ahead of class times. Please arrive 5 minutes before your class time so class can begin promptly. Please be respectful to other members when arriving as to not interfere a class that is still finishing.
